Staging to Sell in the Heat of Summer!

This workshop will help review the five things listing agents MUST DO to get the best exposure for their listings and how to generate buyers interest even if their listing has been on the market a few weeks. This class is taught by Gemma Hobbs; she has been staging homes since 2011. Owner of Modern Design Staging & Styling, Gemma also serves as the President of the Real Estate Staging Association for DFW. She and her assistant Sara Balough stage both vacant and occupied homes that help owners sell 3-5 times faster than the average listing. Lunch provided.
