Handling Repairs Under the TREC Contracts

A new twist on real estate continuing education you won’t want to miss! This is the first of Carlisle Title – Park Cities‘ new summer education series that will be pairing CE with themed cocktail mixology.

The course will highlight the items to which licensees should pay particular attention when a Property may need repairs. Topics will include timing of receipt and review of the Seller’s Disclosure Notice, scheduling inspections during the option period, proposing repairs in a contract amendment and more. AND, Don’t forget about the cocktails! This course will be paired with Rusty Nails and Screwdrivers.

Class will begin promptly at 4pm, and you must be present at that time to receive credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must present a valid ID at time of check-in.
