This non-elective continuing education course covers various topics related to changes in regulations, forms and standards of practice in the Real Estate industry including: TREC statute and rule updates, legislative changes affecting property management, disclosures and unauthorized practice of law, and an overview of changes to promulgated contract and addenda forms. Lunch will be provided.

Class will begin promptly at 10am, and you must be present at that time to receive credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must be prepared to present a valid ID at time of check-in.
