Legal Update II

| $25This non-elective Legal Update II continuing education course will discuss ethics-related topics important to sales agents and the role they play in the real estate transaction including fair housing and agency laws, CFPB and tax laws. Lunch provided.
Class will begin promptly at 10am, and you must be present at that time to receive credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must present a valid ID at time of check-in.
