To Disclose, or Not to Disclose? A Seller’s Disclosure Primer

The third installment of Carlisle Title’s summer education series that will be pairing CE with themed cocktail mixology is To Disclose, or Not to Disclose? A Seller’s Disclosure Primer.

The course will highlight events and items that sellers often question when completing the Seller’s Disclosure Notice, such as deaths on the property (suicide, natural causes, accidents, murder) and prior inspection reports. Practical guidance will be given for tricky circumstances in which licensees are asked for advice from sellers on whether disclosure is advised. AND, Don’t forget about the cocktails! This course will be paired with Hurricanes and Bloody Marys.

Class will begin promptly at 4pm, and you must be present at that time to receive CE credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must be prepared to present a valid ID at time of check-in.
