TSAHC – Overcoming the Down Payment

Join us at an upcoming TREC-approved 1 hour CE course that will discuss how the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) can help your buyers overcome the downpayment hurdle. Lunch provided.

You’ll get the inside scoop from TSAHC staff about:
– Affordable loans for first-time and repeat home buyers.
– Down payment and closing cost assistance grants up to 5% of loan amount.
– A tax credit that saves buyers up to $2,000 annually.
– Serving new markets, including teachers, police officers, fire fighters, EMS personnel and veterans.

You must be present at the start of the class to receive CE credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must be prepared to present a valid ID at time of check-in.
